Responsibilities: This position will include all aspects of the Accounting Department including A/R, A/P, Cash Management, and Payroll.
Functions:
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P/L and Balance Sheet)
- Provide financial analysis and develop annual budgets for the company and individual departments
- Manage aspects of the HR Department such as benefits administration, and employment records

Pittsburgh, PA – International Operations
Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of rating and routing of inbound and outbound international freight, documentation, system entry, and customer service at a station level.
Functions:
- Supervise all international service activities to ensure customer service
- Prepare and submit price quotations and international management reports as requested
- Assist in identifying and improving service and operations related issues in a station
- Assist in release of shipments through US Customs in accordance with customs regulations
- Audit airway bills and customs entries to ensure compliance
- Assist in auditing and researching service performance issues and develops recommendations for improvements
- Maintain the security of freight in accordance with procedures
