What is My ESI?
My ESI is a user-friendly, web-based shipping application that provides the most up-to-date shipment booking and tracking information. The idea is simple–to streamline the shipment process and provide our customers increased confidence in the shipping process. My ESI is an integrated management tool that acts as a control center or "dashboard" for your entire shipping process.

How My ESI Works
From the main screen of My ESI, you can manage all your shipping tasks; look-up shipments, create and print documents, and arrange a pick-up. You can automatically inform recipients of the shipments they will be receiving, view consignment status, check consignment history and action end-of-day processes such as creating and printing web reports for any and all shipments, past and present.
My ESI address book stores and manages addresses so they do not need to be re-entered each time a shipment is processed. You have instant access to sender, receiver, pick-up and delivery addresses. To further aid ease-of-use, address books can be imported from other sources.
Configuration
The configuration functionality allows you to personalize My ESI to your own settings and data requirements. You can also switch between international and domestic shipments, import addresses, and set your printer for shipping documents and labels.
